第五次來入住了，算得上是保定比較好酒店了，位置也不錯，對面就是保定學院，酒店早餐不錯，不過我們選擇去外面吃，下次來出遊還會預訂。

本以為會是一次很不錯的入住，但是最後家裡人都覺得，太出乎預期了。大堂經理們確實都很優秀，處理問題的反應能力也很快，其他的就沒有可以肯定的地方了，嚴重不符這個檔次的酒店級別，失望

房間設施完善齊全，裝修風格獨特，設施設備還挺新，一進入園區就能看見酒店門口，門口有禮賓接待，幫忙拿行李，進入大堂就能看到有一位漂亮的小姐姐，熱情洋溢的打招呼，小姐姐好像是叫Luna Fu，微笑甜美，熱情的指引我們辦理入住，介紹酒店設施設備，還贈送了孩子精美的小禮物，和免費的曲奇🍪，房間乾淨整潔，非常不錯的體驗，酒店門口交通便利，商場超市都很方便，有免費的停車場，入住退房過程非常順利，前台的每一個員工都非常熱情的打招呼，讓人感覺非常舒服，可以説賓至如歸的感覺，小姐姐Luna退房後還熱情回訪，詢問住店感受，可以説非常好，完美的入住體驗，以後以後一定還會在去。

We stayed for two days during the May Day holiday and had a strong feeling about the service, whether it was the lobby manager's caring and concern or the meticulous care of the foreman manager in the buffet restaurant on the 2nd floor. Because we arrived late and some dishes were out of stock, they specially asked the kitchen to get a lot of dishes for us. Some insignificant care made us feel respected, which was very good.
